Log in to your account and select Update Firmware from the menu in the upper left corner.If you lose power during a firmware update, reopen Design Space.Troubleshooting firmware update problems Losing power during a firmware update A Continue button will appear tap that button to return to the new machine setup, or to resume cutting your project.The app will take several moments to connect to your machine again, then a green circle with a check mark in it will appear, indicating that the update was successful. Wait for your machine to show up in the list, tap on your machine to select it. When the update is complete, your machine will automatically turn off and back on, and you will be asked to Select an Accessory.A progress bar will appear on the screen and your machine’s power button will turn purple, indicating that an update is in progress. You will receive an alert when a firmware update is necessary, whether during the new machine setup, or when proceeding to cut your current project.
